Welcome to MexLawClinic. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Legal Services: MexLawClinic provides legal consultations and representation related to legal matters involving Mexico. No attorney-client relationship is formed until payment is received and a formal agreement is signed.

Use of Information: All information on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.

Scheduling and Payments: Consultations must be scheduled in advance. Payments made through Stripe or Zelle are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Rescheduling and Cancellations: Clients may reschedule their appointments with at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without notice may result in forfeiture of the session.

Limitation of Liability: MexLawClinic is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this site or our services.

Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

Modifications: We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
